suspected of killing Deputy March finally back in U. S.
A suspect in the
2002 shooting death of a
Los Angeles County sheriff's deputy was turned over by Mexican
officials to U.S. authorities and will be returned to the Southland
to face charges, officials said. -- According to the Mexican
Consulate in L.A., Jorge Arroyo [aka Armando] Garcia, was turned
over to the U.S. Marshals Service...
